CareForce International Chaplaincy, a nondenominational, prophetic counseling ministry, was founded by Chaplain General Godwin Moses Samuel.
Under the leadership of its chaplain, the ministry combines spiritual counseling and its family reconciliation ministry, together with its mission of providing care for humanity.
The ministry’s primary focus is on healing and helping people in their everyday lives, without paying any regard to their religious background.

What Is CareForce International Chaplaincy? The Vision Behind CareForce
According to Chaplain Samuel, the ministry was born after he had an unusual dream. In that dream, many things were revealed to him about humanity, caring for people, and helping them understand the gift of life we have as humans.
When he got up from that dream, the first miracle he experienced was what he described as an “open vision.” In this vision, he saw a particular amount of money linked to his stepfather. A week later, his vision became reality. That experience shaped the way his ministry was built—through spiritual experiences and not just formal theological training.
In the same vein, Chaplain Samuel saw himself suited as a military general. In the dream, he was the only qualified person who could pick, clean, and take care of the wounded people he saw on the road—evoking the parable of the Good Samaritan. Blending military discipline with care, CareForce, “A force that cares,” was born.
How CareForce Operates
The ministry is a mobile one. The prophetic counseling process is not only about praying. It starts by listening to the conflict, then counseling follows before leading them down the path of self-reconciliation.
Beyond one-on-one counseling and prophetic direction, the ministry operates several initiatives:
Core Services:
- Prophetic counseling and spiritual guidance
- Family reconciliation programs
- The Healing Morning initiative
- Chaplaincy training and deployment for military and police personnel

The Spiritual Foundation
Chaplain Samuel’s description of his ministry draws inspiration from Isaiah 61 and Luke 4:18—”The Spirit of the Lord is upon me.” And his mission, which is centered on solving people’s conflicts, can be linked to 2 Corinthians 5:18–19, the reconciliation between God and humanity.
Chaplain Samuel has said he relies on prophetic guidance and less on standard professional procedures. “When it comes to professionalism and how to ethically handle stories and stuff, it’s not really working with me because I am more than ethics.”
